Our project was successfully kicked off on 17-18 November 2022 in Vienna (Austria). The transnational meeting allowed the partners to get to know each other for the first time. A first important goal was to develop a clear picture of the project achievements and define a working culture that is satisfactory for all partners. Furthermore, the project team worked out a detailed empathy map of the target group by creating personas – fictional characters- which helped to identify with the actual needs and experiences of the future users.
