After a full day online partner meeting the DiMiCare – Digital Mindset for Carers – partnership felt quite exhausted but also very satisfied with the outcome. The goal of the meeting was to reflect together on the key implications from the transnational report and to identify care-related digital competences and training needs of care professionals.
The partnership feels now ready to elaborate a detailed training curriculum and translate the identified competences into a meaningful training course. At the same time, they are developing an E-Book that presents the main findings from the transnational research report and highlights the importance of digital upskilling in the care sector.
